Admissions

The admission process shall start with registration of the candidates for admission to the school. The registration process shall continue through-out the year. On receipt of the application form for registration along with the Cash or DD of Rs. 200/-(non-refundable) drawn, favouring - THE ROYAL GONDWANA
PUBLIC SCHOOL, NAGPUR - the student shall be registered for admission for the class for which admission is sought.

Note:

(a) Registration is in no way a guarantee to admission

(b) Admission shall be decided on the fitness (mental & physical) of student for the level and availability of the space. The admission offered will be confirmed only on payment of the first installment of school fees and other charges. Age for admission to classes would be as per the norms of CBSE.

(c) The eligible candidates shall be offered admission as per the order of their registration and the fitness of the student for the particular class for
admission. Once the parents are informed about the offer of admission for their children, they should submit

  • i) Date of Birth Certificate ( original & xerox) or Original SLC from the previous school, counter-signed by the Education Dept.
  • (ii) Last 2yrs report card
  • (iii) Caste Certificate with eligibility
  • (iv) Indemnity-bond
  • (v) Medical Fitness (Physical & Mental) Certificate
  • (vi) Aadhar Card
  • (vii) Two pass-port size photographs
  • (viii) Mother tongue certificate
  • (ix) Initial installment of fee and post dated cheques of remaining installment.

Note: An application form which is not filled completely or which does not have all the required documents will not be accepted.

Fee Structure

The details regarding the fee structure of the school are enclosed separately. The parents must pay the school fee and all the other dues within the stipulated time following which penalty for late payment shall be charged. Payment of school fee shall not be delayed because of any querry in respect of the bill of accounts. The parents must pay the bill in full and then take up the querry with the school authorities. In the event of any dispute over the bill the decision of the School Management Committee shall be final and binding on the parents. The school fees may be increased from time to time, as required to keep in pace with the economic inflation.

FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Withdrawals

Parents must give a minimum of one month earlier notice for withdrawal of their ward from the school. The school may withdraw any student for any of the following reasons:

a) In case the student is found suffering from any communicable disease or any serious disease which requires close medical monitoring (example epilepsy) & serious mental or behavioural disorder.
b) Serious disciplinary problem, irregular attendance, habitual idleness, habitual neglect, disobedience & disrespect to the members of the staff and peer, despite of regular counseling and warning for improvement.
c) for being absent continuously for 30 days without intimation.
d) for failing 2yrs in succession in same class
e) for being absent continuously for 30 days without intimation.
f) Not withstanding anything in this prospectus the Director/ Principal of the school may, at his/her absolute discretion, require any parent at anytime to take his / her ward out of the school The decision of the Director of the school shall be final in respect of withdrawals. SLC will not be issued until all the dues are cleared. SLC shall be issued in 7 working days of the application.

The decision of the Director of the school shall be final in respect of withdrawals.
